The event’s organizer,EMT Kim Jordan of Waltham, said that over 15 organizations who provide services to the represented communities offered detailed information on health related issues. Many volunteers helped set up the event at the school. The event’s sponsor, Maine Coast Memorial Hospital and its Health-Link Outreach Department, saw the event as an excellent opportunity to reach out with important preventive health information to those who would benefit greatly from the awareness of the many services available in the area.
